Amazon Linux Omnibus Builder

This image is used to build the Cinc projects (Cinc Client, Cinc Workstation, Cinc Auditor and the rest) on Amazon Linux. It contains the Cinc build of omnibus-toolchain⁠ (Ruby, Bundler, the omnibus helper gems, ccache) plus the platform's compilers and build dependencies, provisioned by the cinc-omnibus⁠ cookbook.

How do I use this image?

# Check out one of the projects in https://gitlab.com/cinc-project/distribution and run the following in that directory:
docker run -it --rm -v $(pwd):/w -w /w cincproject/omnibus-amazonlinux
source /home/omnibus/load-omnibus-toolchain.sh

How is this image built?

• Built and published by the docker-images⁠ CI pipeline with docker buildx bake, on native builder nodes for each architecture. The Dockerfile is here⁠.
