⁠Helix Control-M for Kubernetes

This docker repository contains docker container images for installation of the Helix Control-M for Kubernetes.

BMC-provided images are based on AlmaLinux Minimal, which includes microdnf package manager. They contain the following main components:

• Kubernetes plug-in

• Control-M/Agent, including Control-M Application Integrator and Control-M Automation API CLI

• Control-M Managed File Transfer

To deploy the container image, install a Helm chart.

By default, the Helm chart deploys a BMC-provided image that also contains Java runtime. The image tag ends with -openjdk. See full tag listing below for a range of versions.

If you want to use your own Java, create your custom image based on another BMC-provided image that does NOT contain the Java component and has a tag that ends with k8s or k8s-mft. For more information, see Preparing a Container Image with External Java⁠

No other images and no other image customizations are supported.
