⁠Knot Resolver image

Before version 6, our Docker images were not intended for production use due to the lack of systemd in Docker and the inability to manage the multiple independent parts of the resolver. This is no longer the case since the introduction of the Manager in version 6 that automatically control other parts of the resolver.

⁠Tags

• latest: latest version (currently version 6)
• latest6: latest version 6
• latest5: latest version 5
• every released version

⁠Shared volumes

• /etc/knot-resolver: location for config.yaml declarative configuration
• /var/cache/knot-resolver: location for shared cache

⁠Running image

$ docker run --rm -ti --network host docker.io/cznic/knot-resolver
