Process used in a sentiment analysis system for IGTI Data Science (Big data) term paper (2017). This process have two responsibilities:

1. Permit manual tweet classification using a web page - A neural network will be trained using this data.
2. Read stored tweets by "tweet" process and request to a neural network the classification for each them and persist the result.
