The codec is written by mjj29. I just added Docker files to build it and package it in various ways using Multi-stage Dockerfiles.

⁠Dockerfile.build-_target-

1. Dockerfile.build-sag-centos_target-scratch
2. Dockerfile.build-kpalf-ubuntu_target-kpalf-min-debian
3. Dockerfile.build-ubuntu_target-ubuntu

The initial image here "kpalf/apama-logstatus-codec:experimental_scratch_amd64" is a tiny image built using method #1 above. The idea is that another project could pull this image into a multi-stage docker build, and simply copy out the binary artefact.
