⁠Menome Minio Image

This minio image has a couple differences from the stock Minio image.

• It is automatically configured to give bucket notifications for filestore and uploads buckets.
• It will not start until it gets a response back from the configured RabbitMQ server.

Make sure you specify what the rabbit host is with an environment variable.
