⁠Summary

This is a minimal Debian⁠ 8 (Jessie) image with nginx⁠ running, and it based on my philcryer/min-jessie⁠ image that I built from official Debian sources. Weighing in at 83.57 MB, it's far smaller than other minimal Debian Docker images I've found on the hub.

⁠Usage

If you just want to use this image, pull it and configure it for your needs with:

docker pull philcryer/min-jessie-nginx

If you just want to use this image in your own project as is, use this FROM line in your Dockerfile:

FROM philcryer/min-jessie-nginx:latest
