The image contains all the tools to build and test RabbitMQ server and all tier-1 plugins. Concourse, our CI tool, is using this image.

The tags indicate:

• the platform;
• the preinstalled version of Erlang.

Regarding Erlang, we have the following needs:

• linux-erlang-R16B03: Minimum version of Erlang supported by RabbitMQ 3.6.x.
• linux-erlang-19.3: Minimum version of Erlang supported by RabbitMQ 3.7.x.
• linux-erlang-20.3: Latest version of Erlang supported by RabbitMQ 3.6.x and 3.7.x.
• linux-erlang-git-master: Erlang built from Erlang Git repository's master branch, used to see any changes affecting RabbitMQ in the future.
