spikeinterface/kilosort-compiled-base repository overview

Docker image with a MATLAB-compiled version of the Kilosort1 spike sorter (https://github.com/cortex-lab/KiloSort⁠).

The image does not require a MATLAB licence.

To run the image within SpikeInterface you can do:

import spikeinterface.sorters as ss

sorting_KS1 = ss.run_kilosort(recording, docker_image="spikeinterface/kilosort-compiled-base:latest")
