Docker image with a MATLAB-compiled version of the Kilosort2.5 spike sorter (https://github.com/MouseLand/Kilosort⁠).

The image does not require a MATLAB licence.

To run the image within SpikeInterface you can do:

import spikeinterface.sorters as ss

sorting_KS2_5 = ss.run_kilosort2_5(recording, docker_image="spikeinterface/kilosort2_5-compiled-base:latest")
