Docker image with the YASS 2.0 spike sorter (https://github.com/paninski-lab/yass⁠).

To run the image within SpikeInterface you can do:

import spikeinterface.sorters as ss

sorting_YS = ss.run_yass(recording, docker_image="spikeinterface/yass-base:latest")
