Use this image as a base to build dockerized python application that use the Piglow (https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/piglow⁠). See the "rpi-piglow-cpu" container for an example.

The container should be run with --device /dev/i2c-1 so that the container can access the I2C bus driver.
