Install socat on CoreOS

⁠Usage Examples

$ docker run --rm -v /opt/bin:/opt/bin xueshanf/install-socat

This will install socat in /opt/bin/socat.d/bin/socat and libraries under /opt/bin/socat.d/lib. A wrapper socat is installed at /opt/bin.
