Golang implementation of the Ethereum protocol for arm64v8 with modified size of DAG

CAUTION!!! The Dag size has been modified. As a consequence, the program is not compatible with the main eth network, and would only work fine in a private eth network.
However, it offers convenience for low ended ARM device like a Raspberry PI to mine efficiently and could be used for tests and experiments.
