This image now tracks triliumnext/trilium, the official continuation of Trilium. latest receives each stable release, and existing installs migrate their database automatically (a backup is taken first).

Please switch your image name to triliumnext/trilium. If you sync with a desktop client, install the matching version from GitHub releases⁠ or directly from the website⁠; older clients cannot sync with the upgraded server.
