precompiles of a handful of useful tools, built in conjunction with infra-util

aws cli with ecs

Ubuntu 13.10 with yeoman and a few select generators. Designed as a good "FROM" image for yeoman based dev, or for first steps/spike with yeoman.

Build forming the basis of most of my other builds. Sets up a sane ubuntu:saucy. Will be kept reasonably up to date, but should always have an "apt-get update && apt-get upgrade" run if using it.
